As a former business owner, speaker and author, I have always worked for smaller businees (under 300 employees) mostly in B2B markets. Industry experience includes Construction, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, Healthcare and SaaS. I even owned a commercial painting company and a lumber processing company in the early 2000s.
